HOW DO WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR DOCUMENTS?
Documents receipt
Our specialists call your counterparties and ask them to send originals to b.p.a. office directly. All is needed is to share counterparties’ contacts with us, and notify them that we are responsible for documents processing.
Documents processing
We will collect the originals from your counterparties, check if they are issued correctly, and send you a scanned copy in order you always have an access to your documents while they are stored in our office.
Signing of the documents
We will meet periodically to sign the originals. Or you can issue us the power of attorney with rights to sign specific types of documents on your behalf (e.g. receipt notes for the amount up to 20.000 UAH). For all documents that are signed by us on your behalf we obligatory receive your confirmation by email.

All signed documents are sent to your counterparties directly by our specialists.
DOCUMENTS STORAGE AND TRANSFER
All your documents are carefully stored in folders and according to the register are transferred to you at the end of the quarter.
HOW SAFE IS IT TO AUTHORIZE US SIGNING RIGHTS?
You issue the power of attorney for rights to sign specific types of documents on your behalf.
With such power of attorney, we have rights to sign only the documents which are mentioned in written legal act, e.g. goods receipt notes and acts.
Monetary limit for documents signing.
Moreover, in legal document you can define monetary limit for documents signed by b.p.a. For example, you can set that all documents with amount above 50.000 UAH must be signed only by you personally. Those documents will be delivered to your office.
Documents signing is agreed with you.
We sign only those documents which were confirmed by you by email. Thus, signing authorization of any document is easily traceable.
